My name is Jonathan Allen Wood, and I am a writer living in Greenville, South Carolina. I won the grand prize in fiction in the 2025 SCAA Elizabeth Boatwright Coker student competition, judged by author and Guggenheim Fellow John Dufresne. For two consecutive years, in 2024 and 2025, I was invited to present my short stories at the 100th and 101st national Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society conventions.
